For the 2026 festival, the Monsters will emerge from Troll Alley--their mysterious, shadowy home realm--to meet the denizens of Portland downtown!
Here there will be monsters a-glow, both large and small, each individually crafted from cardboard, paper mache, fluorescent fabric, neon paint, and various waste-stream materials.
No need to fear the multitudinous horns, teeth, tusks, and staring eyes! These monsters are friendly and just want to hang out with you, before returning home to their spooky lair.
